5 Year Residential Warranty

Long Island Patio Restore stands behind the quality of our powder-coated finishes. We offer a 5-year residential warranty on the powder coating applied to your outdoor furniture frames. If the finish shows signs of peeling or cracking within five years of the original service date, we will evaluate the piece and, at our discretion, refinish the affected areas at no additional cost for the coating work itself.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (invoice or work order number) is required for all warranty requests.


Our warranty does not cover:

  • Rust or corrosion, which can naturally occur on metal surfaces over time
  • Damage caused by excessive wear, improper use, abuse, or neglect
  • Frame failure, broken welds, structural issues, or damage unrelated to the powder coating
  • Rust on steel components such as bolts, screws, or steel frames
  • Minor chips, scratches, or marks resulting from normal use or handling
  • Damage resulting from environmental exposure, natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs or alterations
     

After 12 months from the date of your invoice, customers are responsible for any pickup, delivery, or transportation costs associated with warranty evaluations or repairs.

All warranty claims are reviewed individually, and Long Island Patio Restore reserves the right to determine eligibility and the appropriate course of action.

3 Year Commercial Warranty

 Long Island Patio Restore provides a 3-year commercial warranty on powder-coated finishes applied to aluminum furniture frames used in commercial settings. This warranty covers premature cracking, peeling, or flaking of the powder coating when the furniture is used under normal commercial conditions.

This warranty applies only to the original purchasing business or organization and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty evaluations.


Our warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches, abrasions, or surface wear resulting from regular commercial use
  • Damage caused by heavy impact, improper handling, or abuse 
  • Structural issues, broken welds, or frame failure of any kind
  • Rust or corrosion, including rust on steel bolts, screws, or steel frames
  • Normal aging such as color fading over time due to UV exposure or environmental conditions
  • Damage caused by fire, wind, storms, or other environmental or accidental events
  • Any repairs, alterations, or refinishing done by third parties
     

After 12 months from the date of the invoice, the customer is responsible for all pickup, delivery, transportation, and logistical costs associated with warranty assessments or refinishing work.


All commercial warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Long Island Patio Restore reserves the right to determine claim eligibility and the method of remediation. We may adjust or discontinue specific finishes or processes without prior notice as part of our ongoing improvements.


Our goal is to provide durable, high-quality finishes for demanding commercial environments, while ensuring transparency and fairness in all warranty evaluations.
